About the Position:

We are looking for a strategic leader to take our brand positioning and integrated marketing plans to the next level. If you’re a results-driven, creative marketer with a background in growing consumer brands through digital strategy, we would love to hear from you!

What you’ll do:

  • Develop an overall brand strategy plan for Julep, identifying and prioritizing initiatives to drive the greatest impact for new customer growth and experience
  • Build innovative 360 marketing programs that drive business growth from both organic and paid channels
  • Define digital marketing plan and strategies that deliver against new customer acquisition goals across key distribution channels: including subscription, ecommerce and physical retail
  • Lead the marketing team in leveraging analytics to optimize activities and spend across all channels with a continuously try-test-learn mindset
  • Think outside the box: Identify new growth opportunities and champion new initiatives based on current trends and channel performance
  • Develop and manage overall marketing calendar and budget
  • Work closely with Creative, PR, Product Development, and Category teams on the brand strategy, and ensure consistent messaging across all consumer touch points
  • Provide leadership and coaching to team members in order to achieve business results and develop the next leaders in the brand organization

What you need:

  • BA/BS required, MBA strongly preferred
  • 10+ years of brand experience and consumer marketing
  • 5+ years of direct team management and organization leadership
  • Deep passion and/or experience in beauty, lifestyle, and e-commerce industries
  • Experience developing integrated marketing plans that heavily leverage digital and social platforms to deliver outstanding results
  • Track record of defining and managing successful customer acquisition programs across all digital platforms (including SEO/SEM, affiliates, display, social)
  • Team player with excellent interpersonal skills; able to develop strong relationships with internal and external teams and agencies
  • Strong analytical problem solver with an ability to develop actionable insights
  • Creative thinker and innovator with strong implementation skills
  • Ability to organize, prioritize, and thrive in a complex, extremely fast-paced, and ambiguous environment that requires flexibility and being scrappy
  • Exceptional written and oral communications skills
