Smartsheet is looking for a high energy and dynamic New Account Specialist to provide pre sales support to prospects and customers. This role will have primary responsibility for servicing inbound sales and related inquiries with a focus on engaging and qualifying all prospective customers.
 
This high profile role reports to the Inside Sales Manager and is based in Smartsheet’s corporate offices in Bellevue, WA.
 
Job Responsibilities:
  • Become an expert in the features, benefits and application of Smartsheet’s products
  • Provide proactive support to customers and prospects
  • Excellent follow up with prospects
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records
  • Achieve sales support quotas by qualifying prospects
  • Conduct needs assessment calls with specific prospects
  • Schedule online product demonstrations
  • Strong writing skills and excellent phone manner
  • Confidence and interest in problem solving
  • A passion for exceeding expectations
  • Gather and communicate market intelligence to the company
