Summary
Our client  is searching for a Marketing Director to direct and oversee our Marketing Communications Department. You will design, implement, and monitor effective marketing strategies that align with our business goals. Our ideal candidate has a solid marketing background and work experience managing a variety of promotional projects end-to-end, with a track record of developing effective communication plans that led to achievement of a company’s vision and mission. Our Marketing Director will report directly to the Chief Commercial Sales Officer and will oversee internal marketing teams. To be successful in this role, you should be highly professional. You should also play a significant role shaping the company’s strategic planning.
Responsibilities

  • Develop a world-class marketing plan that gives company a competitive advantage and attracts customers
  • Maintain excellent Brand management in target markets
  • Manage all media and external communications to ensure a consistent voice in the market
  • Prepare regular reports and presentations on marketing metrics for the leadership team and Board of Advisors
  • Partner with our Sales team to develop strategies and campaigns that attract new customers and strengthen connections with current customers
  • Partner with the Product team to ensure design and features meet market needs
  • Collect and analyze data to deeply understand our market, identify opportunities for growth, and inform product decisions
  • Develop and efficiently manage the marketing budget, building a clear picture of ROI to drive future marketing programs
  • Oversee marketing communications including white papers, blogs, website design and content

as well as trade shows, seminars and events collateral materials

  • Attract, hire, and retain a high-performing marketing team as the company grows

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in positions of increasing responsibility and leadership in marketing or analytics, culminating in the target role
  • At least 5 years of experience in healthcare industry providing SAAS products and/or marketing/advertising technology to healthcare providers
  • Solid knowledge of SEO, web analytics and Google AdWords
  • Experience with CRM software and digital marketing tools and techniques
  • Prior success in marketing a portfolio of products across multiple sectors to enterprise and SMB clients
  • Experience with integrating acquired brands and Go-to-Market strategies
  • Exceptional track record of developing and implementing marketing and sales strategies that have consistently met or exceeded planned objectives, providing personal leadership through example
  • Demonstrate experience building, managing, and leading high-performing collaborative teams. Sourcing and management of international development teams a plus
  • Superior relationship management skills: ability to influence and engage direct and indirect reports and peers, as well as effectively operate with other functional areas in an organization
  • Polished and persuasive written and verbal communication skills
